It's Bali!

I wish to shout this out 1st: "The holiday was way too short!!!!" Yes..basically we departed from Singapore at 9pm (Thursday), reached Bali at around 12am (Fri), the 4th day (Sunday) we left Bali at like 6am in the morning! Rush or not you say! Anyway, better than nothing I guess..haha :p

 

What have we been doing..ehm..1st day was cycling day. Purpose was to take a look at one of the volcanoes (Ulu Batur) I think..haha..Overall it's a nice ride. The weather was cool and windy, nice to cycle around the country side. We passed by really pretty paddy field and the kids are all so cute. They will shout out 'Hello' whenever we passed by. We also tried different types of coffees at a coffee plantation. Tried Kopi Luwak (the poo of an animal)..ehmm..not my cup of coffee..haha!

At night we went to a beach to have our seafood dinner at the seaside. Nice view but the dinner was ok only. I tried their sweet corn (with sweet sauce) sold at the beach, damn nice!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

The next day (we finally had some good sleep), Baby and I decided to go to Kuta Beach by ourselves. Not a bad choice! The beach is beautiful with cool wind and cold sea water. Very relaxing! After that we walked around the area to look for souvenirs, nothing much to buy seriously. But it was nice to take a look what Bali has. Had our temporary tatoo and I had pedicure too! haha..

After lunch, we proceeded to Monkey temple. Damn a lot of monkeys OMG! The small ones are rather cute but the big ones quite scary leh! After that we went to a famous dirty roasted duck restaurant nearby. The rest didn't find it fantastic though, I kinda like the roasted duck still. On the way back I was saying we must buy the corn again if we see any. Really leh! Found one at the road side..haha! The final location for the trip, Ku De Ta bar. Facing directly the sea, view is really nice at night!
