Japan Day 3 - Osaka

Today is Osaka day! So early in the morning after having our breakfast, we proceed to 日清杯麵發明紀念館 (Instant Ramen Museum). What so special about this musuem? You can make your one and only cup noodles here! Look at the pictures below you will know how it goes..Basically you will need to buy a cup (300 yen) and then proceed to design your own cup. After that, queue to have your noodles, choose the flavour and toppings. Finally is vacuuming of the cup noodles. Simple yet a very specail experience! The musuem is located at Ikeda.
Their fruits are so big and pretty!

After that, we wanted to proceed to our next stop. Accidentally, we found Ippudo!!!!!!! One of the nicest ramen in Singapore so as in Japan! So without thinking, we went in and queue for our lunch..haha! Without fail, we enjoyed the ramen to the max! The flavoured hard boiled egg is just fanstastic!
Ippudo!

After having a very satifying lunch, we departed to Umeda to shop while waiting for time to pass. Haha, cause didn't want to go to Kaiyukan too early. So I bought some cosmetics and souvenirs at Umeda station. After an hour of shopping, we proceed to 海遊馆 (Kaiyukan). It's a musuem basically. There is one in Singapore too and I think Singapore ones is nicer..=)

After the visit to Kaiyukan, we went to Shinsaibashi to look for food and shop! 1st stop was to a famous Omu rice shop! Damn nice la the Omu rice! The name of restaurant is Restaurant Hokkyokusei, let me know if you want the address k! =)

Me and my Omu rice!

After dinner what? Shopping of course! Shinsaibashi! A lot of people here seriously! I always hear that Japan's stuff is very expensive, here you can find both branded and reasonably priced stuff! So I had fun shopping here..hahaha..However this place is really big la..so 1 hour shopping was definitely not enough!

Shinsaibashi

After shopping, we ate again! -.- hahaha, the trip was really a eating trip seriously, one day 6 meals I think. So we tried this famous Okonomiyaki at Doutonburi (it's just beside Shinsaibashi). The restaurant is called 千房. One of the best Okonomiyaki I've ever eaten actually but not everyone of them likes it la..so I guess it goes with individual's preference. After, we tried the famous Takoyaki as well butttt..I still prefer the one in Singapore, Ion. My fav all time!

So that's about it for the day! =)
